Helen Hape, a 102 year old resident at the Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center, is helped aboard the Frederick Flight Center air craft for her first flight on Thursday morning, August 20, 2009 out of the Frederick Municipal Airport in Frederick, MD. Friend and Citizens volunteer Dave Violette arranged the the treat for Hape.
